This document forms an integral part of the relationship between Space for Pilates Pte Ltd (“Space For Pilates”) and the client (“client”).
Prices
Space for Pilates will notify client of the cost of each session when client first signs up. Space for Pilates reserves the rights to change prices from time to time by giving one month’s notice.
Cancellation Policy
Client must inform Space For Pilates by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before their session if they are unable to attend. Failure to do so will result in client being charged for the session they do not attend.
Payments
Client will be notified by email when their account reaches zero credit; payment is due before client attends their next session. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to Space for Pilates Pte Ltd; a receipt will be issued. Payments are valid for three months and are non-refundable.
Personal Belongings
Space for Pilates strongly recommends that client’s do not bring personal belongings to the studio. Space for Pilates accepts no liability whatsoever for any personal items that is lost or damaged whilst on Space For Pilates premises.
Studio rule
Please refrain from wearing any jewellery or strong perfume.
We require non-slip toe socks for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have any, they’re available at the studio for $10.
Please kindly switch your mobile phone to silent before entering the studio.
Personal Injury
Client voluntarily, and with full knowledge, assumes all risk associated with the physical activity that they are engaging in whilst at space for Pilates.
No Liability
Client agrees to hold harmless Space For Pilates and it’s owner, it’s teachers and it’s staff from any liability whatsoever resulting from injury or loss of personal items that they might sustain whilst on Space For Pilates premises.
