Getting Started – How Do I Begin?

Starting your Pilates journey with us is simple. Just send us a WhatsApp 80755061 or email spaceforpilates@gmail.com and we’ll help you book your session or if you wish to know more before signing up, we can book you a one-on-one consultation. From there, we’ll guide you to the best class or package to suit your goals.

We look forward to welcoming you to Space for Pilates!

We offer a range of class formats to suit every level and lifestyle:

  • Intro to Pilates – for clients who are new to classical Pilates
  • Private Sessions – Fully personalised one-on-one training
  • Reformer Classes – Full-body strength and stretch on classical equipment
  • Group Mat & Tower Classes – Deep core work and alignment using bodyweight and spring resistance
  • Seniors Pilates – Gentle, effective, and empowering movement designed for longevity and mobility. Suitable for 70 years and above.

Your teacher will help adapt and progress your routine as your needs evolve.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move — leggings and a fitted top are perfect. We require non-slip toe socks for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have any, they’re available at the studio for $10.

All sessions are 55 minutes long.

Many clients come twice a week, but some join us once a week or even daily.

Please check out weekly schedule. We’ll help you find a rhythm that fits your life and goals.

If you are new to Classical Pilates we suggest to start with the Intoductory Package where you will be in a small group of maximum of 4 pax. You will learn the foundation work on the mat, reformer, tower and other apparatus. We’ll guide you to the right option based on your schedule and goals.

Mat Pilates
Uses bodyweight for resistance. You’ll build strength and control from head to toe with minimal equipment.
Great for beginners and those wanting to master the fundamentals.

Reformer Pilates
Uses a spring-based machine with a sliding carriage, ropes, and pulleys. It adds resistance to build deeper strength, flexibility, and control. Ideal for all levels — with endless room to grow.

Both forms are rooted in the original Pilates method and are highly effective in different ways.
