Our Intro to Pilates session is designed for new or returning clients who want to build a strong foundation and progress with confidence.

In this 55-minute session, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of Classical Pilates with the focus on the Pilates principles.

You’ll spend most of the session actively moving, applying these principles in real time. We’ll teach you how to adjust the equipment to fit your body so you leave not only familiar with the method, but confident, comfortable and ready to progress.

This session is a prerequisite for new clients who are new to Pilates or new to the equipment. It’s the perfect way to begin your journey with clarity and support.
