Reformer | Personalized Instruction for Your Body and Goals

Ideal for those with specific goals, rehabilitation needs, or a preference for private attention.

The Reformer is at the heart of the studio—an incredibly versatile piece of equipment originally designed by Joseph Pilates. With its moving carriage, springs, straps, and footbar, it offers both support and resistance, allowing each movement to be precise, controlled, and deeply effective.

In our sessions, depending on what your body needs, we may move between the Reformer, mat work, and other apparatus such as the Tower, Chair and barrel—creating a more complete and responsive practice.

We work through Classical Pilates exercises, adapted and layered in a way that supports your strength, mobility, and understanding of your own body.

Whether you’re in a private session or a small group, the focus remains personal—supporting you through injury, building strength, or simply helping you move with greater ease and awareness.

Every session is guided by the principles of Classical Pilates—concentration, control, centring, precision,  breath and flowing movement—helping you develop strength from the inside out. The goal isn’t just to work your body, but to leave you feeling more connected, balanced, and at home in your movement.
